The prices are decreasing from the 2nd week of consecutive rental.
For the booking, the down payment is up to 30% of the rental amount,
the balance (tourist tax €0.55 per night per adult included) will be paid on at least 15 days before your arrival, the guarantee check will be given at your arrival.
