  • Are pets accepted?

    Absolutely! Dogs are accepted (only one, small). Two bowls will be waiting for him on site for his meals.
  • Is this a smoking or non-smoking accommodation?

    Out of respect for non-smokers, the cottage is non-smoking. You can still grill one outside by using the outdoor ashtray in place.
  • Where and how can we park our car, our motorcycle?

    Two locations are possible for the cottage, one in the grassed car park opposite to 48 of the street (this is a 3rd car park, park well so as to leave 2 spaces) the second along of the barn without standing in front of the doors.
  • How do we find the cottage?

    You will find the address of the cottage on the website. The complete map and the routes to follow are described in the "access" section. The cottage is referenced on Google map and Waze.
  • Do you accept holiday vouchers?

    No, we do not accept holiday vouchers at the moment.
  • Do you accept bank checks?

    No, payments are preferred either by bank transfer, Paypal or cash.
  • Do you accept credit cards?

    No - we are unable to accept credit cards.
  • Is a deposit required, guarantee check?

    A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. In order to cover any damage during your stay, guarantee check, the amount of which appears on your contract, is requested when you enter the premises. We do not cash it and it will be returned to you two weeks after your departure if no damage is found.
  • Should we bring our sheets?

    Bed linen is provided, as well as bath linen (a shower towel and a small towel).
  • Who should clean the cottage?

    The accommodations are maintained by us before your arrival. A basic cleaning fee is included in the rental amount, however we ask that you return the cottage in correct condition and that the dishes are cleaned and put away and the garbage bags closed. Cleaning products are available in the cottage. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find that something was missing. For our guests accompanied by their animal companions, we will ask them to carry out a little more careful maintenance, they will easily understand it.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Arrivals usually take place between 4pm and 7pm. We kindly ask you to let us know two days before to let us know what time you expect to arrive. Departures take place no later than 10am. A key box is present in case our schedules are not compatible with yours.
  • Are you open all year?

    Cerf Cerf Ouvre-Moi welcomes you all year round, do not hesitate to contact us to find out the availability of the cottage.
  • What charges are included in your rental rate?

    The rental price includes water, electricity, internet, cleaning and tourist taxes.
  • How many people can the cottage accommodate?

    The cottage is intended for 3 adults and 1 baby maximum.
  • Do you have a travel baby bed?

    The cottage is equipped with a real baby bed 120x60cm.
  • Do you have a list of useful phone numbers?

    Yes – We provide you with a list of useful numbers, such as doctor, hospital, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, etc… as soon as you arrive at the cottages
  • Does the cottage have wifi?

    Yes, wifi covers the cottage. The updated access code is available inside the cottage.
  • Are we covered by insurance within the cottages?

    Each cottage is insured as furnished for seasonal rental. Your personal effects are not. As in any rental, you must personally have civil liability insurance through your multi-risk home with a holiday clause. The contract includes the name of the person who will be responsible for the rental.
  • Is there a child's high chair?

    On request, we can provide you with a child's high chair. The children's equipment is as follows: baby bath (on request), booster seat (on request), potty (on request), cot (on site), sleeping bag (on request), games and books on site.
  • Is it possible to cancel our visit?

    • Cancellation more than 45 days before the stay: refund of the deposit
    • Cancellation 45 days or less before the stay: the deposit is due
    • Cancellation 15 days or less before the stay: the deposit and the balance are due

  • Is the cottage accessible for people with reduced mobility?

    There is a bed and the bathroom on the ground floor, however the cottage does not meet accessibility standards.
  • What service can I add to my booking?

    You can enjoy a breakfast, an aperitif tray, board game rental, we invite you to consult the “little extras” of the cottage detailed on our website.
  • Are you reachable during our stay for any questions?

    We can be reached by text, whatsup or phone from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and live next to the cottage.
  • Do you need coffee filters?

    The coffee maker does not require a filter, it is a grain automatic espresso maker, everything necessary is provided so that you can enjoy your coffee without having to bring anything.
  • Is the cottage air-conditioned?

    The cottage is not air-conditioned, but it is an old building, whose thick stone walls allow us to maintain a correct temperature in summer. However, make sure to close the blinds in hot weather.
  • Can we do laundry during our stay?

    The cottage is not equipped with a washing machine. Washing machines and dryers are available for self-service in the parking lot of the bricomarché de Chazey-Bons, a few minutes from the cottage.
